the air conditioning in my "beautiful room" barely worked, it was uncomfortably warm even though it was only 20 degrees outside. breakfast cost an extra 29 euros per person, it was quite a steep price. parking was also expensive at 24 euros per night. the staff also did not notify me about the wellness area, there was an extra charge for using it, i only found out at checkout!

It was well-kept! The breakfast offered a wide variety of high-quality options. The hotel features a pool. Its use requires a separate fee, though, it wasn't expensive. The location is near the city center.
The promotional photos are a bit more polished than the current reality.

the room was spacious. it was also well furnished. the bed and pillow were comfortable, ensuring good sleep.
The air-conditioning was below average. the coffee was also not good. we feel that other guests who didn't pay for breakfast could get free breakfast. Breakfast was not checked at entry.

The staff was helpful if I had questions. They are pet-friendly. The hotel gave us a bed and a water bowl for my dog. The location is awesome with amazing views.
I found no basic instructions in the room. There were no checkout times or breakfast times. It would be great to have it written on paper in the room.
